All trade partners must submit completed documentation prior to beginning work or submitting invoices for payment:
- Valid Business License (State of Georgia).
- Certificate of Insurance (General Liability naming JF Home Builders LLC as Additional Insured).
- Workers' Compensation Insurance or State Exemption.
- Completed & Signed W-9 Form (Online or via upload).
- Signed Master Subcontract Agreement.
